These cookies taste like malted milk balls but in cookie form - the malted milk powder really makes them stand out from regular chocolate chip cookies.
Bake 8-10 minutes until edges are set and lightly golden.
Cool on baking sheet 2 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
Notes
Chop malted milk balls into chunks about half their original size, not powder. Centers may look slightly underbaked but will finish cooking on the pan.
