Ingredients

can Rotel tomatoes

Instructions
Brown ground beef in skillet over medium-high heat, breaking into pieces until no pink remains, about 8-10 minutes.
Add chili powder, onion powder, and garlic powder; stir and cook 30 seconds.
Add cubed Velveeta and entire can of Rotel tomatoes.
Reduce heat to medium and stir until cheese melts completely, about 5 minutes.
Top with optional cilantro, green onions, and diced tomatoes.
Serve hot with tortilla chips.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers up to 3 days. Reheat in microwave, stirring to recombine.
