Hot Honey Chicken Nuggets
These beat any fast food nuggets and you can control the heat level. The hot honey glaze is sticky, spicy, and turns regular chicken nuggets into something you'll crave.

skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

all-purpose flour

Hot Honey Sauce

salted butter

honey

Sriracha hot sauce
Instructions
Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
Mix flour, spices, and seasonings in two separate shallow bowls.
Dip chicken in buttermilk mixture, then dredge in seasoned flour.
Heat oil to 325F in a heavy pot.
Fry chicken in small batches 3-4 minutes until golden and internal temp reaches 165F.
Drain on cooling rack.
Melt butter in saucepan, whisk in honey and Sriracha.
Toss hot nuggets in sauce or serve sauce on side.
Notes
Best served immediately while crispy. Use a thermometer to check oil and chicken temperatures.
