Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown, crispy, and 165F internal temperature.
During the last few minutes of baking, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan.
Simmer sauce over medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
Transfer cooked wings to a clean bowl and toss with warm sauce until well coated.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley if desired and serve immediately.
