Garlic Aioli
This makes enough aioli to last you through the week - it's great on sandwiches, with roasted vegetables, or as a dip for fries. The garlic mellows out after sitting in the fridge for a bit.

Ingredients

Instructions
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
Whisk until well combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, pepper, lemon juice, or cayenne if desired.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Keeps refrigerated up to 1 week. Garlic flavor intensifies over time.
