Fresh Dill Dip

This is the perfect excuse to eat an entire sleeve of crackers or pretend that raw vegetables are exciting. It's tangy, garlicky, and takes about 2 minutes to throw together.

Ingredients

Ingredients (~4-6 servings)

  • 1/2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh dill
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine olive oil, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Whisk ingredients until smooth and fully incorporated.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Keeps in refrigerator up to 1 week in airtight container.
