Easy Spinach Dip
This is a basic spinach dip that takes ~15 minutes to throw together and uses stuff I always have around - sour cream, mayo, and frozen spinach. It's cheap, simple, and works for any gathering where you need something people can just grab and eat.

Instructions
Squeeze thawed spinach in kitchen towel until completely dry, removing all excess moisture.
Mix sour cream, mayo, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cayenne, mustard, and Worcestershire in large bowl.
Stir until smooth, then fold in squeezed spinach and chives.
Let dip rest 10 minutes to blend flavors.
Garnish with extra chives and serve with carrot sticks, chips, or bread.
Notes
Thoroughly draining spinach prevents watery dip.
