Easy Homemade Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
Ingredients (8 servings)

200g sweetened condensed milk
one 7-oz tube or half a 14-oz can
▢
170g semi-sweet or dark chocolate
6 oz, finely chopped
▢
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
▢
Flaky sea salt
optional, for finishing
Instructions
Line loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for handles.
Combine chopped chocolate and condensed milk in saucepan over low-medium heat.
Stir constantly until chocolate melts completely and mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly.
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
Refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour.
Lift using parchment handles and cut into squares.
Notes
Keep heat low to prevent chocolate from scorching or becoming grainy.
