Coconut Rice
I grew up on plain white rice but this is way better - it's barely sweet, super fluffy, and takes the same amount of time. You'll probably start making this instead of regular rice once you try it.

Ingredients

can coconut milk
14 oz, shaken

water

tsp
sea salt

sugar

long-grain white rice
rinsed
Instructions
Combine coconut milk, water, salt, and sugar in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Stir in rinsed rice and return to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 18 minutes.
Remove lid and fluff rice with a fork.
Let sit on hot burner for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
Shake coconut milk can before using to ensure even mixing.
