Buffalo Chicken Dip
This is a crockpot party dip scaled down for normal people. It's basically all the good stuff from buffalo wings but in dip form - and you don't have to deal with bones.

buffalo sauce
such as Frank's RedHot

softened

sour cream

shredded mild cheddar

shredded low-moisture mozzarella

crumbled blue cheese

Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and buffalo sauce; cook 3 minutes.
Remove from heat. Mix in cream cheese, sour cream, cheeses, Worcestershire, and seasonings.
Sprinkle remaining cheddar and mozzarella on top.
Bake at 350F for 25 minutes until bubbly and edges brown.
Top with remaining green onions and blue cheese.
Serve with celery, carrot sticks, and optional crackers or chips.
Notes
Stir cream cheese thoroughly to prevent clumping.
