Bakery Style Monster Cookies
These are large, chewy cookies made with peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, and M&Ms. The dough is straightforward and requires about an hour to chill before baking.

Instructions
Whisk flour, baking powder, and baking soda in medium bowl.
Beat butter with both sugars until light and fluffy, 2-3 minutes.
Mix in peanut butter until combined.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix well.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mix on low until dough forms.
Fold in oats, chocolate chips, and M&Ms.
Cover and chill dough for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375F and line baking sheet with parchment.
Scoop 1/4 cup dough balls, place 3-4 inches apart on sheet.
Bake 14-15 minutes until edges are set and golden brown.
Cool on pan 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
Notes
Makes 18 large cookies. Dough can be chilled overnight if needed.
