15-Minute Cheddar Cheese Spread
This spread is way better than the store-bought stuff and takes literally 15 minutes to make. It's perfect for when you need an appetizer that actually tastes homemade without much effort.

mayonnaise

Worcestershire sauce

ground mustard

smoked paprika

or black pepper

kosher salt

freshly-snipped chives
for garnish

crackers, and/or veggies for serving
Instructions
Add 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, 6 oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 3/4 tsp ground mustard, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp cayenne, 1/4 tsp white pepper, and a pinch of kosher salt to a food processor.
Process for 3-4 minutes until fluffy and smooth, scraping down sides every minute.
Taste and adjust spices if needed.
Spread into a shallow bowl and garnish with 2 tsp fresh chives.
Serve immediately with pretzel chips, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
Both cheeses must be at room temperature to avoid lumps. Stores in fridge up to 1 week; bring to room temperature before serving.
